0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">烟台梁宸地产于2024年年底正式启动破产清算，随后就开始了漫长的债权清算过程，4月21日，管理人以梁宸公司不能清偿到期债务、明显缺乏清偿能力，并且不存在重整、和解情况，符合宣告破产的法定条件为由，申请裁定宣告梁宸公司破产。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px
