style="white-space: normal;">2024年11月，山东工商学院北校区建设项目（一期）工程发布招标公告，项目位于观海路以西、竹林路以南；总建筑面积约13万㎡，计划投资额约82000万，计划竣工日期为2025年10月31日。</p></section></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: normal;">但是在公告发布几天后的11月下旬，山东工商学院北校区建设项目（一期）工程总承包以及工程监理均发表了终止公告，公告显示两项目均“因故终止”。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">对此工商学院也做出了回复，2024年11月中旬，根据烟台市政府的指示，终止了该项目的施工招标工作，具体原因不详。我校新校区的选址及相关问题需等市政府的下一步指示。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">此后项目就一直搁置，引无数烟台人议论纷纷。一直到今年3月份山东工商学院龙口校区（一期）发布相关招标公告，此事才最终尘埃落定。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">作为烟台一直要升格大学的两所学校之一，工商学院近几年来一直在为此事而努力，而想要升级大学，必须同时满足两个硬性指标：<strong>校园土地面积、校舍建筑面积。</strong></p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height:
